Dragon Island is shrouded in mystery. Though it is within a day's sailing from Mixteca's shore, the island is protected from unwanted intrusion by its denizens. Nearly a century ago, a band of advocates claimed the island as a site to protect the dying dragon races. Today, the descendants of the dragon's saviors live in peace with the dragons. It is rumored that if you prove yourself to the guardians you will be permitted to visit the Island and perhaps Bond to a hatchling dragon.
The dragons of Dragon Island come in many forms and sizes, but these near-wild dragons are healthier than those still on the mainland, and larger and stronger than the ones used in draconic fighting wings in the armies.
