Caladel descended upon the great windy mountains that made up his residence in the Realm of the Gods. He knew that he was quite alone here, and his powers were seemingly limitless in his residence.
He stayed still and unmoving for a second, a white sphere that stood out as a beacon of light on the summit of one of the mountains. He took the form of a human then, and descended onto the rocky, windy ground. He was still untangible, however, so as to avoid the gales that constantly swept the region.
He sat down in his human form and pondered for a moment on what his first action of the God of Storms was to be...
After deciding, he took a slab of rock from the mountain and increased its size until it was a giant monolith. He slowly began to engrave letters on it. These letters were to be his untouchable commandments and laws, they were put here on a giant monolith so that he would constantly be reminded of them (he was a minor god at this point, and could forget things).
After he finished, he stepped back from the monolith and read over his work, to make sure it was done properly. This is what he read:

Commandments of Caladel
1. Servants shalt not disobey Caladel. 2. Loyalty and need will determine if a prayer or request shalt be answered. 3. Do not steal from another follower. 4. Do not kill another follower for ANY reason. 5. Do not marry one who is not a follower. 6. Do not speak a curse upon Caladel. 7. Do not speak a curse upon another follower. 8. Do not speak a blessing upon one who is not a follower.
